Do you take a percentage of each sale?

Nope! It’s your money – you keep it. Unlike other services, Nextwave Commerce does not charge any listing or per transaction fees. The normal PayPal fees and Bank merchant fees still apply.

Will you help me setup my store?

Yes. We provide fill one-to-one training initially on usage of your admin area. Our support team is always here to answer your questions. Beyond that we have a self-serve Support Area with many help articles.

Can I upgrade between plans?

Yes. You can change plans at any time by contacting our Account Services team.

Do you offer a free trial?

At this point no, each Nextwave Commerce powered storefront is a custom designed solution. We partner with each of our clients, and as such the service takes time to setup and implement.

How do I accept payment from my customers?

You have a number of options to accept payment from your customers, such as Direct Deposit, PayPal, Credit Card and dozens of leading payment gateways.

Do I need an SSL Certificate?

For security reasons, an SSL certificate is required to protect sensitive customer information and process credit card orders. For your convenience, we offer high-security, affordable SSL Certificates. While you don’t have to purchase your SSL right now, you’ll need one before you can accept any credit card payments through your site<

Is there a discount if I purchase multiple stores?

Yes. When you purchase more than one store with us, you’ll save 60% on each additional store. Simply enter “Please apply multi-store discount” in the order notes, and once our billing team verifies, we’ll apply the discount to your order.

Do I need a Merchant Account?

It’s up to you. A merchant account allows you to accept credit cards from your store and get paid directly into your business bank account. If you don’t have a merchant account, we can assist in providing you with one. Or you can use PayPal. A lot of our clients start with PayPal then move to their own merchant account after seeing initial success with their store.

Can I install Nextwave Commerce on my own server?

No. We do not offer installable versions of Nextwave Commerce. We’re software as a service — so we maintain the servers, security, and all updates, so you don’t have to worry about the platform.

What sort of time does it take?

Generally development takes 2-3 weeks, although we are capable of delivering full featured online stores in as little as 5 days for clients with urgent deadlines. Of course this relies on the client being well prepared and quick to complete assigned tasks. More info our development process.
